Renting a Restroom Trailer with Restroom Resources
Booking a restroom trailer from Restroom Resources is easy and hassle-free. Once we receive your order, we’ll deliver the trailer to your specified location and date. You can also provide GPS coordinates instead of an address for accuracy.
Before arrival, we’ll call or text you with an update. Upon delivery, we will level and set up the trailer for immediate use. If your trailer requires power, we’ll connect your extension cord to our unit.
Important Information
- Clear Access Required – Ensure the driving path is free of obstacles, including low-hanging branches, that could damage the trailer. We require a minimum clearance of 12 feet in height and 9 feet in width.
- Power Requirements – Restroom trailers require external power for features like climate control and the water heater. You can either plug into an available power source or rent a generator from us.
- Placement Restrictions – The trailer must be placed on flat, level ground within 20 feet of a driveway, parking lot, or paved surface. It cannot be driven over curbs, hills, soft ground, or under low-hanging branches.
Which areas do you service?
We currently serve New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Will you deliver to my wedding venue or event location?
Absolutely! We ensure timely and precise deliveries so your restroom trailer is placed exactly where you need it.
Does the restroom trailer come with an attendant?
Yes, we offer attendant packages that include restocking supplies and sanitizing between uses.
Is cleaning and removal included in the total cost?
Yes, our total pricing includes cleaning, pumping, and removal after your event.
Who cleans the restrooms after the event?
We take care of all cleaning and maintenance, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
When is delivery and pickup scheduled?
Standard delivery is Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, at least one day before your event.
Does someone need to be present at delivery?
Yes, someone must be available at the scheduled delivery time to confirm placement and setup.
How far in advance should I book my luxury trailer?
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation is confirmed once we receive a paid deposit. Trailers often book 5-6 months in advance, so don’t wait to request a quote.
Do I need to provide toilet paper and paper towels?
No, all our luxury restroom trailers come fully stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, plus extra refills.
How are restroom trailers different from standard portable toilets?
There’s no comparison! Our luxury restroom trailers offer the comfort of a home bathroom, featuring:
- Porcelain flushable toilets with a foot-pedal flush system
- Sinks with running water
- Mirrors and lighting (inside and outside)
- Hidden plumbing and sealed waste tanks to eliminate odors
Do I need a special water connection?
No special connection is needed. A standard faucet or hose bib within 50 feet of the trailer is sufficient. If water access is unavailable, we offer a water supply option for an additional fee.
Are restroom trailers climate-controlled?
Yes! Our trailers are equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort in any season.
What are the electricity requirements?
Depending on the trailer size, our units require two to four standard 20-amp, 110-volt, 3-prong outlets within 50 feet. If access is limited, you can rent a generator from us.
Do the trailers have flushing toilets?
Yes! Our trailers feature porcelain toilets with a foot-pedal flush system, eliminating unpleasant sights or odors.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
Yes! We offer weekly and monthly rentals. Long-term rentals require water and power, which we can provide for an additional fee, or you can arrange for a third-party provider.
What are your cancellation policies?
