    Products Needed

    Power and Water Requirements

    1. Electrical Power:

Customer must provide access to a standard 110V / 20-amp electrical circuit located within 15 feet of the trailer placement site. Customer is responsible for supplying any necessary extension cords to reach the outlet.

The number of outlets required varies by trailer size and season:

    • 2-stall trailer: 1–2 outlets

    • 3-stall trailer: 1–3 outlets

    • 4-stall trailer: 1–3 outlets

    • 8-stall trailer: 2–4 outlets

    • 10-stall trailer: 2–4 outlets

Power requirements may increase during colder months, as onboard heating systems draw additional electricity. Please speak with our team in advance to confirm the exact number of outlets required for your event based on the season and anticipated usage.

Note: Each outlet must be on a dedicated 20-amp circuit to ensure safe and reliable operation. We do not rent or provide generators.

    2. Water Supply:

A garden hose connection with a standard water supply must be available upon delivery to ensure continuous service.

    3. Alternative Water Source:

If no garden hose connection is available, the trailer’s onboard water tanks may be used. Please note that this option reduces the total number of uses and guests the trailer can accommodate before refilling is required.

    4. Customer Responsibility:

Customer is responsible for ensuring that all required power and water connections are in place and operational prior to delivery. Failure to provide the necessary utilities may limit the trailer’s functionality and could result in additional service charges.

    On‑Site Attendant

A restroom attendant is strongly recommended. The attendant will ensure the trailer remains fully stocked
with paper supplies, soaps, and deodorizers throughout your event. They will also regularly maintain each
trailer, keeping it sanitary, clean, and free of debris.

    Payment Information

For security reasons we do not collect credit‑card details through this form. Once we receive your submission, our team will contact you to arrange the deposit and remaining balance through a secure payment portal. If you have questions about payment, please call 732‑592‑1717.

This Restroom Trailer Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the signing date by and between Restroom Resources LLC ("Provider") and the undersigned Customer ("Customer").

    1. DELIVERY & PICK-UP

    • All deliveries typically occur on the Friday before the event, with pickups scheduled for the following Monday or Tuesday, unless otherwise explicitly stated and approved by the Provider's special event coordinator. For weekday events, delivery occurs the day before the event, with pick up the day after. Special arrangements must be made and approved for same-day service.

    • Customer must ensure clear and unobstructed access to the site at the scheduled delivery, servicing, and pickup times. Delays caused by blocked access or other impediments will result in an additional wait time fee of $175.00 per hour.

    • Customer is required to provide a clear map, sketch, or photograph detailing exactly where the restroom units should be placed. This documentation must be provided at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery to avoid placement errors or delays.

    2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Customer assumes full responsibility for any damages, losses, or theft of restroom units and their components during the rental period.

    • Customer agrees to secure and maintain appropriate insurance coverage naming Provider as an additional insured. The policy must cover potential loss, theft, damage, personal injury, and property damage resulting from Customer's use of the restroom facilities.

    • Customer must ensure all trailer keys provided at delivery are securely returned to the Provider upon pickup.

    • Customer guarantees site suitability, confirming the ground is level, firm, free of underground obstacles and capable of supporting the restroom trailers and Provider's service vehicles.

    • Provider is not responsible for any damages to the Customer’s site including but not limited to pavement, landscaping, curbing, grass, septic tanks and its components or other surfaces caused by the Provider’s vehicles or equipment.

    • Payments overdue by more than 30 days will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. Customer will also be responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

    4. ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING REQUIREMENTS

    • Customer is solely responsible for ensuring safe, proper, and compliant electrical connections. It is strongly recommended that a licensed electrician perform all electrical connections.

    5. SERVICING & EMERGENCIES

    • In case of emergencies or issues with restroom facilities during the event or after hours, Customer must immediately contact the Provider’s emergency line at 732.558.8000. Failure to immediately report issues to the emergency number voids any refund eligibility.

    6. CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Restroom trailer cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event incur a 50% cancellation fee; cancellations within 60 days of the event incur a 100% charge. Deposits for restroom trailers are nonrefundable.

    7. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

    • Provider shall not be held liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from Customer’s use of the rented restroom facilities.

    • Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claims, legal actions, judgments, costs, or attorney’s fees arising out of or related to the Customer’s use of the facilities.

    • Provider retains the right to substitute or upgrade restroom trailers if circumstances necessitate such changes.
