Start with current online pricing or call for help. The final quote depends on the trailer, dates, delivery location, and site needs. Review delivery, setup, pickup, any requested servicing, and payment arrangements in the rental scope before booking.
When should I book my event rental?
Contact us once your date and venue are known, especially for weekends or larger programs. We can check the available options and discuss delivery planning. Availability is date-specific; we do not guarantee a trailer until the reservation is arranged.
Can delivery and pickup work around my venue's schedule?
We coordinate those windows with your venue contact as part of the agreed rental plan. Share access hours, setup restrictions, guest arrival time, and teardown plans before booking. Day-before delivery or later pickup must be agreed rather than assumed.
Can a trailer be placed at a backyard, farm, or estate venue?
We can review your proposed location. Send the address and photos of the route and placement area so our team can assess space, ground conditions, access, and utility needs. Delivery feasibility depends on the selected trailer and site.
Is an accessible trailer available for my guests?
The fleet includes a 3-stall ADA-compliant trailer option. We can check availability for your date and help review placement and the guest route with your venue. The site's approach and access needs are part of the plan.
Can I add an on-site restroom attendant to my event rental?
Yes, and for weddings and celebrations we strongly recommend it. An attendant is an optional add-on and is not part of the standard white-glove rental service. It is available with one-day restroom trailer rentals only, with a 4-hour minimum per attendant, and the price is shown at checkout when you book online. Your attendant replenishes paper supplies, soap, and deodorizers; regularly cleans and sanitizes the trailer and removes debris; promptly addresses messes and operational issues; and troubleshoots lighting and power on site.
Can you help plan a festival or multi-day event?
We can review attendance, event hours, peak demand, and the proposed location with your organizer. Any ongoing servicing, supplies, vehicle access, and pickup timing should be agreed for the full rental period before booking.
What happens if weather or the event date changes?
Contact us as soon as your plans change so we can review availability and the rental arrangements. Changes and cancellations follow the published cancellation policy; a new date or refund is not automatically guaranteed.
