Presentation matters, quietly
Corporate audiences notice inconsistency. If the stage, catering and branding are polished, a facility that feels like an afterthought undercuts them. Climate-controlled trailers with private stalls, running-water sinks and lighting keep the standard consistent with the rest of the event.
For mixed audiences, such as employees plus invited clients, some hosts consider a smaller trailer near a hospitality or VIP area in addition to the main facility. That is a hosting choice, not a requirement.
Demand follows the agenda
A conference-style day has fixed breaks when most attendees step out at once. A festival-style company picnic spreads use more evenly. Share the agenda so the plan reflects your peaks:
| Format | Demand pattern | What to share |
|---|---|---|
| Seated program with breaks | Sharp peaks at scheduled breaks | Break times and length |
| Open-format picnic or family day | Spread through the day | Start and end, meal times, attendance arrival pattern |
| Client hospitality or launch | Smaller groups, high expectations | Guest count, VIP areas, dress and presentation |
| Multi-day offsite | Repeats daily | See the multi-day guide for servicing |
For sizing inputs and the estimator, see the capacity guide.

| 4-Stall | Mid-size events wanting separate men's and women's sides | 4-Stall Luxury Restroom Trailer |
| 8-Station | Large attendance with concentrated breaks | 8-Station Restroom Trailer |
| 10-Station | Very large attendance | 10-Station Luxury Restroom Trailer |
Accessibility for every attendee
Employers and hosts usually want every attendee to be able to use the facilities without asking for special arrangements. Include an accessible trailer and check the route to it.
Accessible route
For a corporate site, ask facilities to confirm a step-free route from the main entrance, parking and program area that matches the route other attendees use, rather than a separate back way.
The U.S. Access Board describes accessible routes as connecting accessible spaces and running with, or near, general circulation (Chapter 4: Accessible Routes). More in the placement guide.
